Paul Phelan Writes – ‘Happier Landings’

Paul is a veteran aviation journalist, who has closely followed the steady progress of the Jacobson Flare since attending David Jacobson’s Cairns presentation of the Australia-wide CASA Flight Safety Seminar Series, in 1997.
